You will own the creative operations function for Lovable's performance marketing engine. This is a high-ownership role where you drive the entire creative testing and production loop—from intake and briefing through production, QA, launch, and post-mortem analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the creative operating system: Define and automate the end-to-end creative workflow for performance marketing, eliminating manual bottlenecks while maintaining quality standards.
- Make creative performance decisions: Judge which concepts to scale, which to kill, and which to refine based on test results. Maintain Lovable's creative brand standard across hundreds of monthly assets.
- Build and improve agentic workflows: Design AI-powered pipelines that generate, adapt, and localize creative at scale. Implement quality evaluation systems and diagnose/rebuild workflows when they break.
- Extract insights from performance data: Analyze what drives results across hooks, formats, messaging, pacing, and offers. Separate signal from noise and translate learnings into actionable briefs.
- Run brainstorms and briefing sessions: Synthesize customer language, competitive moves, product releases, and performance data into creative direction that the team executes against.
- Cross-company knowledge transfer: Ensure performance marketing learnings inform website copy, lifecycle emails, App Store listings, and organic content strategy.
You should have a track record of running high-volume creative testing in performance marketing with specific, quantifiable learnings to show. You use AI tools daily and have built workflows or tools that others depend on. You write well for ads (briefs, hooks, scripts) and have strong opinions about what makes creative work. You're comfortable with test failures and move fast without sacrificing craft. The role is based in London and part of a small, talent-dense team building from Stockholm with growing hubs in Boston, New York, and San Francisco.
