Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual

As a Growth Associate, you will join the GTM (go-to-market) team and work directly with the Growth Team Lead and Head of Growth on high-impact projects. This role offers meaningful ownership early in your career and focuses on building the systems and processes that drive Rillet's growth. Key responsibilities include: - Building and improving prospecting workflows, including account list building, data enrichment, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) segmentation - Analyzing and improving the lead scoring model with weekly reporting and strategic recommendations - Partnering with the GTM team on outreach initiatives and sales enablement programs - Conducting competitive and market research to inform GTM strategy - Leveraging AI and automation tools to eliminate repetitive work and improve Growth and Sales workflows - Identifying opportunities to improve data usage, tools, and processes across the GTM organization The role emphasizes speed, agency, and flexibility. You will be expected to internalize the mission, design strategies independently, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward action, and the ability to figure things out without a detailed playbook. Rillet values deep accounting expertise combined with AI-native software thinking. You do not need to be an accountant, but you should care deeply about solving finance team problems and enabling customer impact. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field - 2+ years of relevant experience, including internships - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort working with data - Experience with spreadsheets and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) - Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias toward action - Excellent written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across teams - Curious, resourceful, and comfortable operating without a playbook - Excited to experiment with AI and automation - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity NICE TO HAVE: - Familiarity with Clay, Salesforce, or other GTM/sales tools - Experience with SQL, Zapier, no-code tools, or automation - Experience with prospecting, revenue operations, growth, or sales operations - Interest in fintech, accounting technology, or B2B SaaS
