Nivoda is a fast-growing B2B marketplace transforming the global diamond and gemstone industry, processing $300M+ in annual transactions and unlocking a $350B industry opportunity. The company connects buyers and sellers worldwide, bringing transparency and efficiency to a historically fragmented market.
You will own net-new customer acquisition for Nivoda, building and executing the demand generation strategy hands-on. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership, working directly across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta), SEO, account-based marketing, and lifecycle programs. Your core mission is to identify and build repeatable, scalable acquisition channels that drive qualified leads—moving beyond one-off campaigns to create a systematic, measurable engine.
Key responsibilities include: running paid ad accounts day-to-day; designing and executing account-based programs targeting high-value jewellers; growing SEO and answer-engine optimization presence; implementing a value-first acquisition model centered on free tools and content (e.g., Jeweller Business Health Check) rather than product-page pushes; partnering with data and GTM engineering to ensure full attribution and accountability; handing qualified leads cleanly to the SDR team and closing the loop to measure customer outcomes; and raising the bar on testing rigor across the growth function.
You will report on performance in plain terms, kill what doesn't work, and reinvest in what does. As channels prove out and work scales, there is a clear path to build and lead a team. The role sits within a high-growth, low-hierarchy organization that values real ownership and fast execution.
Required: 5+ years in growth or demand gen with a track record of scaling acquisition channels; deep, hands-on paid expertise (Google, Meta); experience across multiple channels (paid + SEO, ABM, lifecycle, or experiments); systems thinking with a focus on repeatability and measurability; fluency with attribution and analytics; comfort as a hands-on IC on a small team; bias for experimentation; and comfort with AI and modern tooling.
Nice-to-have: experience acquiring small business owners or retail audiences; marketplace or product-led growth background; hands-on familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Mixpanel; value-first or content-led acquisition experience; SEO and AEO depth.
