Abacus Insights is a $100M-backed healthcare data platform transforming how health plans use data to improve outcomes and reduce costs. The company helps payers break down data silos to create a unified, trusted data foundation that powers better decisions across care and cost management.
As Growth Analytics Manager for Payment Integrity, you'll lead analytics strategy at the intersection of data, sales, and product—directly shaping how Abacus wins deals and positions itself in the market. This is a high-visibility role, not a back-office seat: you'll present to prospects and clients, deliver product demos, and sit in rooms where pricing and go-to-market decisions are made.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serve as the thought leader and subject matter expert on Abacus' payment integrity solutions, tracking market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
- Build and own executive-ready dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting that translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights
- Develop compelling demo materials and use cases showcasing payment integrity, medical cost management, value-based care, population health, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/Star ratings
- Partner with Sales to deliver product demonstrations and back RFPs and proposals with rigorous data analysis
- Forecast revenue, identify market opportunities, and maintain dashboards that keep leadership and sales aligned
- Own the financial analytics behind deal margins, building revenue and cost models that support healthy growth
- Contribute to pricing strategy by analyzing cost and implementation data
- Engage directly with clients and prospects to translate payer reimbursement methodologies, claims trends, and medical cost drivers into strategic insights
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your voice is valued and the team genuinely enjoys working together. This is an opportunity to build something from the ground up at a high-growth, VC-backed company.
