As a Growth Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for new plaintiff law firm clients in the growth segment, which moves faster than larger-account segments. Success requires high-velocity prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals quickly. You will strategically prospect and create opportunities through outbound effort, referrals, events, and partnerships. Key responsibilities include running discovery to uncover client pain points, delivering ROI-focused demos, managing a high deal load, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Up to 50% travel is expected for industry conferences, events, and in-person client engagement.
The role offers a 30-60-90 day ramp: master product and market in the first month, build a robust pipeline and close initial deals by 60 days, and consistently exceed monthly targets by 90 days. Top performers are positioned for advancement to Mid Market AE, Senior AE, or leadership roles within 12 months.
You should love the craft of selling, compete with yourself first, and have a genuine track record of closing net new business. Legal industry experience is a plus but not required. The company emphasizes transparency about the role: this is self-sourced outbound work with high deal velocity, weekly pipeline reviews, and a culture focused on continuous skill-building. Compensation includes base salary, uncapped commission, and meaningful early-stage equity. You'll have direct access to founders, the CRO, and leadership.
