Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is seeking a Group Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution across its family of brands including Grammarly, Superhuman Mail, and Superhuman HQ. This is a strategic role, not just content scheduling—the ideal candidate thinks in narratives, moves fast on cultural moments, and has vision to build a social presence people genuinely want to follow.
You will develop organic social media strategies across YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. Key responsibilities include bringing organizational structure and creative vision to the social program, defining Superhuman's authentic voice across handles, collaborating with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Brand, Communications, Design, Content) to create engaging social-first content, and partnering on campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
You'll monitor performance metrics and leverage data to inform strategy, serve as primary point of contact for lead social agencies and platform partners, direct influencer engagements, develop UGC programming, and stay ahead of trends and cultural moments. The role includes hands-on creative work: ability to direct and shoot low-fi social video is expected.
This position reports to the Director of Communications and requires managing a team. You'll position Superhuman as a leading voice in the AI conversation—sharp, credible, and worth following—as AI reshapes how people work and communicate.
Superhuman offers a hybrid working model with flexibility for focus time and in-person collaboration. The company empowers 40+ million people, 50,000 organizations, and 3,000 educational institutions worldwide with AI productivity tools.
