Oscar Health is hiring a Group Product Manager to lead the product management team for the Lucie Platform, a new all-in-one health insurance marketplace that connects consumers and brokers to individual market plans and ancillary products.
In this role, you will lead the PM team responsible for the Lucie enrollment platform—the infrastructure powering broker, consumer, and employer experiences. You'll own the enrollment platform (EDE) product strategy, working closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams while managing a team of product managers. Your responsibilities include defining the vision and strategy for the enrollment platform, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop roadmaps, collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership on resource trade-offs, providing product enhancement recommendations to leadership, developing operating models for new products, and mentoring and coaching your PM team.
You will report to a Director of Product. The role is based in Oscar's New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events; your other two office days are flexible.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full-stack technology platform with a focus on serving members through technology-driven experiences. Founded in 2012, the company operates as a modern health insurance provider.
