Superhuman (formerly Grammarly) is seeking a Group Manager, Acquisition Marketing to lead and scale B2B paid acquisition efforts across Commercial, Education, and Enterprise segments. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for building, executing, and optimizing B2B lead generation and customer acquisition strategy. You will own the paid B2B motion end-to-end—setting long-term vision, driving near-term performance, and continuously experimenting to unlock new sources of efficient growth. Key responsibilities include: • Own execution and performance of B2B paid acquisition campaigns across the full funnel, from strategy through hands-on in-platform optimization • Translate target audiences into comprehensive media plans, defining channel mix, budget allocation by funnel stage, pacing, and KPI frameworks grounded in audience research and SaaS benchmarks • Build and maintain growth forecasts tied to revenue targets, CAC, and efficiency goals, projecting reach, engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Lead performance strategy and execution across Paid Social, Display, Video, Paid Search, 6sense, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Develop and own a unified, cross-channel roadmap that aligns incrementality-based testing, budgeting, and attribution • Design and evolve a robust measurement and attribution framework connecting channel performance to revenue, pipeline, CAC, and LTV • Establish a structured pipeline for experimentation and innovation, leading the testing roadmap end-to-end • Actively manage performance against targets, identifying efficiency and scale opportunities through reporting and analysis • Partner cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Sales, Product Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Creative teams • Manage and mentor 1–2 channel specialists and contractors, providing coaching and career development Required qualifications: 8–10+ years in digital or performance marketing with deep B2B paid acquisition and full-funnel media strategy expertise. Proven ability to translate audiences into comprehensive media plans and connect creative, targeting, and channel strategy to measurable business outcomes. Deep hands-on experience in media buying, in-platform optimization, structured testing, and attribution analysis. Demonstrated ability to forecast performance and model reach, conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI. Comfortable as a working manager—able to dive into platforms and diagnostics while owning long-term strategy. Experience managing and developing small teams. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making; SQL, incrementality testing, and advanced attribution experience preferred. Highly collaborative with cross-functional partnership experience.
