As an Account Executive / Go-to-Market specialist, you will own the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role: you'll conduct deep discovery calls with technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders, build and demo custom voice agent prototypes during sales cycles, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to onboarding.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and closing deals, running technically sophisticated discovery conversations, developing GTM playbooks and messaging for new verticals, representing customer needs to influence product roadmap decisions, and maintaining pipeline discipline in CRM. You'll be expected to get hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools to build compelling demos, and to simplify complex AI/voice concepts for diverse audiences.
Ideal candidates have 3–8 years in sales, account executive, or GTM roles at technical B2B companies, with a track record of closing deals involving both technical and business stakeholders. Strong understanding of AI/ML or voice technology landscapes is essential. Experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology is a plus, as is familiarity with telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or customer experience platforms. The role offers high ownership, direct input on GTM strategy, and the opportunity to sell a genuinely differentiated product.
