This Account Executive / Go-to-Market role is for someone who can operate as both dealmaker and technical builder. You'll own the complete sales cycle for new mid-market and enterprise customers, from prospecting through close. The role requires hands-on involvement in technical evaluations, custom demos, and early deployments. You'll run discovery calls with technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders, build and demo custom voice agent prototypes to accelerate deal momentum, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to onboarding.
Key responsibilities include developing GTM playbooks and outbound strategies to help SIMBA penetrate new verticals, representing customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and packaging, and maintaining pipeline discipline in CRM with accurate revenue forecasting. The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of sales or GTM experience at technical B2B companies, a proven track record closing deals with both technical and business buyers, and comfort getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools. Strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape is essential, along with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology; familiarity with telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or customer experience platforms; prior solutions engineering or forward deployment experience; and multilingual capabilities or international sales experience.
