Speechify is a text-to-speech platform used by over 50 million people globally to convert PDFs, books, documents, and web content into audio. The company recently won Google's Chrome Extension of the Year and Apple's 2025 Design Award for Inclusivity. With ~200 employees distributed globally, Speechify is expanding its SIMBA Voice Agents product—a platform enabling companies to deploy natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency.
In this Account Executive / Go-to-Market role, you will own the complete sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, from initial prospecting through contract close. You'll conduct technically deep discovery calls to understand customer use cases, technology stacks, and integration requirements. A key differentiator of this role is hands-on involvement: you'll build and demo custom voice agent prototypes during the sales process to accelerate customer buy-in and demonstrate feasibility.
You'll partner closely with Speechify's Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs from sales to onboarding and customer success. Beyond individual deals, you'll develop GTM playbooks, messaging frameworks, and outbound strategies to help SIMBA penetrate new verticals. You'll also represent customer feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and packaging decisions. Pipeline management and revenue forecasting in CRM are core responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of sales, account executive, or GTM experience at technical B2B companies. You're comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools to build demos. You understand the AI/ML and voice technology landscape and can simplify complex technical concepts for both technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders. Experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology is a plus, as is familiarity with telephony infrastructure or contact center platforms.
This is a rare hybrid role for someone who can command a boardroom and open a terminal—a dealmaker with technical credibility.
