In this Account Executive / Go-to-Market role, you will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers—from prospecting through close. This is a hybrid dealmaker and builder position requiring both boardroom presence and technical depth. Key responsibilities include: owning the complete sales cycle for new customers; conducting technically deep discovery calls to understand customer use cases, tech stacks, and integration requirements; building and demoing custom voice agent prototypes during sales to accelerate buyer confidence; partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to onboarding; developing GTM playbooks and outbound strategies to break into new verticals; representing customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and packaging; and maintaining accurate pipeline and revenue forecasting in CRM. You should have 3–8 years of sales, account executive, or GTM experience at technical B2B companies, with a proven track record closing deals with both technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders. You're comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools to build compelling demos, and you have a strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape. Exceptional communication skills—the ability to simplify complex technical concepts without losing depth—are essential. You're highly self-directed with strong pipeline discipline and a bias toward action. Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology; familiarity with telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or customer experience platforms; prior experience in forward deployment or solutions engineering; and multilingual capabilities or experience selling into international markets. This role offers high ownership with direct input on GTM strategy and positioning, the opportunity to sell a genuinely impressive product, and work alongside a team embedded with customers. Compensation includes competitive base salary, commission, equity, and benefits in a fast-moving startup environment where your wins have outsized impact.
