Speechify is hiring an Account Executive / Go-to-Market specialist to own the full sales cycle for SIMBA Voice Agents, the company's AI voice agent platform that enables businesses to deploy natural, human-sounding voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency.
In this role, you'll be a hybrid dealmaker and builder. You'll manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market and enterprise accounts. This isn't a traditional sales role—you'll run technically deep discovery calls to understand customer use cases and tech stacks, build and demo custom voice agent prototypes during the sales process to accelerate buy-in, and partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs from sale to onboarding.
Key responsibilities include developing GTM playbooks and outbound strategies to help SIMBA break into new verticals, representing customer needs internally to influence product roadmap and packaging decisions, and maintaining a clean CRM pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting.
You should have 3–8 years of experience in sales, account executive, or GTM roles at technical B2B companies, with a proven track record of closing deals with both technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders. You're comfortable getting hands-on with APIs and no-code/low-code tools to build compelling demos, have a strong understanding of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape, and can simplify complex technical concepts without losing depth.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience selling AI, voice, or conversational technology; familiarity with telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or customer experience platforms; prior experience in forward deployment or solutions engineering; and multilingual capabilities or international sales experience.
