DocPlanner Group is the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company operates marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools that help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.
As Global Pricing Specialist, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, diagnosing what works, proposing fixes, and rolling out to new countries with clear targets and a steady weekly cadence. You will own the ARPU (average revenue per user) target for your segment and shape how the pricing model evolves.
Key responsibilities include:
- Move ARPU targets through specific pricing moves: tighter discount discipline, package mix shifts, and price resets by market; dig into anomalies quickly
- Spot pricing opportunities across the marketplace that others miss and make the case for them
- Own the segment's pricing recommendations to GTM leadership: propose moves, defend trade-offs with data, and turn decisions into rollout plans
- Drive alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on contested pricing calls without formal authority
- Generate optimization hypotheses grounded in data
- Design and run behavioral experiments to validate pricing moves before scaling
- Adjust and follow up on budget assumptions as you learn from the market
- Maintain country price lists in internal systems
You will work with a global team of 3,000+ employees in a fast, flexible, and hands-on environment. The role offers real impact—your work helps doctors help patients—and the opportunity to shape the future while sustaining growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in pricing, ideally SaaS or marketplace
- Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions
- Thorough with data; you back conclusions with numbers
- Comfort with ambiguity: you know when to stop analyzing and start testing
- Ability to explain complex numbers simply
- SQL proficiency to pull your own data
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Professional English, comfortable in meetings and writing (B2 or above)
- Degree in economics, math, business, or similar
- Must already have legal right to work in Brazil (no visa sponsorship available)
