The Global Payroll Operations Specialist will join Rippling's Global Payroll Operations team to support payroll execution across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. This role is critical as Rippling scales its payroll platform and builds operational coverage in key Asia-Pacific markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing defined payroll workflows and operational processes across ANZ and Singapore markets
- Supporting statutory payment and filing operations to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, customer success) to improve payroll quality and operational efficiency
- Collaborating with government agencies and local payroll partners as needed
- Building scalable processes and country-specific payroll expertise for the region
- Contributing to the success of Rippling's natively-built, fully-integrated payroll platform
This is an individual contributor role focused on operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process optimization in a high-growth SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have payroll operations experience, familiarity with ANZ employment regulations, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup.
