The People Operations team shapes Fever's people strategy to attract, support, and grow talent while ensuring smooth hiring, onboarding, and career development. As a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be a key contributor to this mission, serving as the bridge between the HR team and external payroll providers across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale payroll operations across international locations, liaising with external providers to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure accurate and timely employee payments while maintaining compliance with tax and social security regulations across jurisdictions
- Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends to support strategic decision-making
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on payroll, tax, and social security queries, providing clear and reliable guidance
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-related issues efficiently
- Oversee employee benefits administration, identifying and implementing new perks to enhance engagement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits function

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll and benefits; exposure to international payroll is a plus
- Advanced English (C1 or higher); additional languages are an asset
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office required
- Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and collaborative mindset
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with commitment to process optimization
