ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Onboarding Manager to own the end-to-end new joiner experience across the company's global workforce. This is a systems-building role focused on creating scalable, consistent onboarding infrastructure that reflects the company's high-velocity, ambitious culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing the complete onboarding program from offer acceptance through full ramp (pre-boarding, first day, 30/60/90 day frameworks, feedback loops)
- Partnering with People Operations, IT, Finance, and the broader business to ensure seamless operational onboarding (system access, equipment, compliance) across all regions and timezones
- Collaborating with team leads to develop team-specific onboarding guides that complement company-wide programs
- Creating and maintaining onboarding materials including welcome tasks, wiki documentation, and lead resources
- Tracking new joiner feedback and metrics to continuously improve time-to-productivity and early engagement
The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to onboarding programs at fast-growing companies, preferably with global or multi-regional workforces. You should have strong operational instincts, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous cohorts. Collaborative and empathetic communication is essential—you understand that great onboarding is about how people feel as much as what they know.
