SafeBreach is hiring a Global MSSP Sales Manager to build and scale their managed security service provider (MSSP) channel business. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Global Strategic Partners Director, with full ownership of the MSSP channel worldwide. You will recruit and onboard new MSSP partners, work with them to develop packaged services on top of SafeBreach's adversarial exposure validation (AEV) platform, and execute joint business and marketing plans. You'll carry your own territory-based quota, forecast weekly, and own revenue outcomes. The role combines partnership development, technical enablement, and direct sales execution. Key responsibilities include: identifying and recruiting high-potential MSSP partners; helping partners package and price SafeBreach capabilities for their end customers; running joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives; providing sales and technical enablement to both partners and internal teams; and maintaining forecast discipline against your number. SafeBreach is the market leader in continuous threat exposure management (CTEM), helping enterprises operationalize security risk reduction at scale. The company is backed by world-class threat researchers and has a strong customer success track record. You'll need 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience with real MSSP or channel background. You must understand MSSP unit economics, margins, and service delivery costs. You should have a track record of growing partnerships (not just managing them), consistently beating quota, and holding your own in technical conversations without needing an engineer present. Travel comfort is required—partners are globally distributed and some relationship-building happens face-to-face. This is a builder's role: if you've wanted to establish and run a channel program your way rather than inherit someone else's playbook, this is the opportunity.
