Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000 / annual

Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform, recently acquired by Google, trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company is seeking a Global Marketing Programs Manager to join the Field and Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will serve as a central connective hub within the Integrated Marketing organization, reporting to the Manager of Global Programs & ABM. You will bridge high-level strategy with regional execution by collaborating directly with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field Marketing, CXO, Digital, and Sales/BDR teams. Key responsibilities include: - Translating Wiz's product innovation and campaign themes into scalable global programs and integrated playbooks - Designing, launching, and managing multi-channel demand initiatives such as Meeting Makers, Direct Mailers, Virtual Research Summits, and persona-aligned webinar series - Building and maintaining turnkey "Event-in-a-Box" frameworks that empower regional field teams to execute with consistency and minimal friction - Supporting customer expansion campaigns to drive adoption and upsell for key product expansion motions - Standardizing program reporting, conducting post-campaign assessments, and equipping regional teams with actionable insights and lead enablement assets You will need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, plus 5+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management experience. Deep understanding of multi-channel execution (webinars, digital events, direct mailers, content syndication) is essential. You should have proven ability to map campaign themes to product marketing calendars and align execution with sales pipeline goals, with exceptional collaboration skills in matrixed environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in cybersecurity or SaaS, strong analytical mindset with campaign performance dashboards, and ability to prioritize ruthlessly and execute with speed in fast-paced environments.
