Yuno is building payment infrastructure that enables companies to participate in global markets. The company powers payment capabilities for 450+ partners across 200+ countries, serving brands like McDonald's, InDrive, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus. They orchestrate access to 1,000+ payment methods via a single API with advanced AI-driven routing and fraud prevention across 80+ countries. As Global Head of Go-to-Market, you will own the complete revenue engine, with Marketing, SDR, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement reporting to you. Your mandate is to build an integrated GTM system where demand generation, pipeline creation, seller capability, and operational rigor reinforce each other—not four parallel functions. Key responsibilities include: owning positioning, demand generation, content, events, and product marketing; building and scaling the SDR motion with territory design and ICP definition; designing sales onboarding, ramp, certification, and competitive intelligence; managing pipeline hygiene, forecasting, tooling, compensation design, and revenue reporting; defining GTM architecture including segmentation, pricing, and channel leverage; sequencing business investment across revenue functions; and translating Yuno's technical differentiation for both engineering and CFO audiences. You'll operate in a complex environment: the buyer is technical, sales cycles are long, and competitive dynamics vary by region. Success requires designing a motion that scales without linear headcount growth, bringing rigor to every funnel layer, and establishing yourself as the source of truth for pipeline health and forecasting. You'll align historically independent teams around a single GTM architecture and ensure sellers can credibly engage with payments architects and technical stakeholders. The role demands a builder with high ownership, fluent English, 8+ years in GTM leadership with direct ownership of at least two functions (marketing, SDR, enablement, RevOps), a track record scaling B2B companies through revenue step-changes, fluency in enterprise sales with technical buyers, strong quantitative skills, comfort operating across regions with different competitive dynamics, and no need for an existing playbook.
