Harvey is an AI platform transforming legal and professional services work. The Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst joins the Total Rewards team to support administering and improving employee benefits and leave programs across a rapidly scaling, global workforce.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 global benefits inquiries across all regions, resolving standard requests directly and escalating complex cases to Benefits Program Managers. You'll assist in administration and support of benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Harvey's total rewards philosophy.
Key responsibilities include coordinating leave-of-absence processes end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with Payroll and external brokers on enrollment and offboarding workflows, and analyzing benefits utilization data to identify trends and propose improvements. You'll support open enrollment execution, new-country benefit launches, and employee communications alongside Benefit Program Managers.
Additional duties include tracking and reconciling benefits-related invoices, developing and maintaining internal documentation and FAQs, and coordinating vendor onboarding and contract workflows with Finance and Legal guidance.
You bring 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or HR operations, ideally in a global or multi-country environment. You have working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures and statutory requirements. You're proficient with HRIS platforms (Workday), HR ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira), and benefits administration tools. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, analytical ability, and vendor management experience are essential. You're service-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing workflows independently while knowing when to escalate.
