The Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst will join the Total Rewards team to support benefits and leave administration across Harvey's rapidly scaling global workforce, with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC operations. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary Tier 1 support for global benefits inquiries across all regions, resolving standard requests and escalating complex cases to Benefits Program Managers - Administer and support benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations - Coordinate leave-of-absence processes end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions, including statutory and company-provided leaves - Partner with Payroll and external brokers on enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows - Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends and propose improvements - Support Benefits Program Managers on open enrollment, new-country launches, and employee communications - Track, process, and reconcile benefits-related invoices from vendors and brokers - Develop and maintain internal benefits documentation, FAQs, and standard operating procedures as programs scale - Coordinate vendor onboarding, PO creation, and contract workflows with Finance and Legal guidance Required qualifications: - 2–4 years of benefits administration, leave management, or HR operations experience, ideally in global or multi-country environments - Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements - Excellent communication and service orientation with track record of responsive, empathetic employee support - Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday), HR ticketing/case management systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira), and benefits administration tools - Experience or exposure to benefits vendor/broker management - Strong analytical skills to interpret benefits data and produce actionable insights - Ability to manage workflows independently while knowing when to escalate - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and invoice reconciliation This role offers the opportunity to scale benefits operations at a category-defining AI company during a period of exceptional international growth.
