Aviso, a leading wealth management organization dedicated to improving the financial well-being of Canadians, is seeking a Senior Talent Management Manager to join the People & Culture team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, this role is responsible for developing strategic business partnerships to deliver leadership development support and talent management initiatives that drive business results through quality leadership. Key responsibilities include: • Serve as an internal consultant to HR business partners and managers at all levels on talent acquisition, succession planning, skills development, learning offerings for high-potential talent, professional development, leadership assessment and development, performance management, and strategic planning to achieve business objectives. • Collaborate across business functions to develop and deliver an enterprise-wide leadership model and framework aligned with company values and behaviors, translating business strategy into leadership requirements. • Establish talent assessment methodologies and organizational metrics to track talent health. Integrate talent management programs into Workday in partnership with HR systems teams. Refine and expand succession planning and leadership management processes for continuous improvement of Aviso's leaders, ensuring HR business partners are equipped to execute these processes. • Work closely with HR business partners to identify individual and collective development requirements, developing comprehensive plans through identifying, designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and programs that support leadership development and strengthen the leadership pipeline. • Analyze enterprise talent data and prepare materials for leadership and board-level talent discussions. Collaborate with HR analytics and systems teams to leverage Workday fully, implementing user-friendly reports tailored to business needs.
