Robotiq is seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and organic digital presence for the company. Based in Quebec City (with flexibility elsewhere in Quebec, requiring monthly travel), this strategic and execution-focused role sits within the Revenue team.
You will be responsible for transforming Robotiq's expertise in robotics, manufacturing, and customer applications into valuable, credible, and discoverable content across Google, AI-powered search tools, the company website, and social media. The role bridges strategy and hands-on execution.
Key responsibilities include:
**Content Strategy & Creation:** Define and execute content strategy aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and organic growth opportunities. Translate complex technical topics into clear, relevant, and compelling content. Create and manage diverse formats: website content, blog articles, newsletters, customer stories, case studies, guides, thought leadership, and campaigns. Develop editorial roadmaps and collaborate with internal and external contributors. Position Robotiq as a credible authority in industrial automation.
**SEO & AI-Powered Search Growth:** Drive SEO and AISEO strategy to increase Robotiq's visibility in search engines and AI-powered tools. Identify content opportunities from customer searches, questions, and business priorities. Optimize website content and structure for improved organic visibility and performance. Stay current with evolving SEO and AI search practices, continuously adapting the approach.
**Digital Content & Distribution:** Continuously improve website content and messaging. Manage content distribution across digital channels. Experiment with new ways to reach international B2B audiences. Track performance metrics and optimize based on data.
