Eatics S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican company specializing in the import and distribution of premium food products, representing leading international brands such as Fage, Califia Farms, and Forager. Operating across major Mexican retail chains including Walmart, Sam's, Costco, Chedraui, HEB, and Soriana, the company has over 40 employees and leverages NetSuite as a core strategic technology differentiator during a phase of accelerated growth. The IT Manager — NetSuite role reports to the General Director and is responsible for administering, optimizing, and scaling the NetSuite platform to support Eatics' operational growth. This is not a systems administrator position but rather a technology leadership role that understands the business and converts NetSuite into a genuine competitive advantage by supervising external partners and ensuring technology serves operations. Key responsibilities include: **NetSuite Administration & Optimization:** Administer and optimize the NetSuite instance covering WMS, inventory, finance, purchasing, and sales. Implement and maintain lot and expiration-date inventory control (FEFO). Configure and supervise native WMS for handheld operations (Zebra TC-series). Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting by brand and channel. Automate processes using SuiteFlow and SuiteScript. **Retail Chain Integrations:** Manage integrations with retail chains (EDI, ASN, GS1-128, Walmart/Chedraui/Soriana/HEB/CCF portals). Supervise correct generation of GS1-128 labels, SSCC, and Advance Ship Notices. Ensure tax compliance (CFDI 4.0, Carta Porte 3.1, SAT). **Leadership & Management:** Supervise, evaluate, and direct the external NetSuite partner. Train and support internal users across all levels. Lead continuous improvement projects and new implementations. Develop and control the technology budget. Evaluate new tools and add-ons (Power BI, API/REST integrations). The role requires strong analytical thinking, results orientation, leadership capability, effective communication with operational areas and senior management, proactivity in problem-solving, and ability to thrive in high-growth, demanding environments. **Requirements:** *Non-negotiable (automatic disqualification if absent):* - Current, verifiable NetSuite Administrator Certification (Oracle) covering Identity & Access, Finance, and Business Intelligence - Minimum 5 years of experience administering NetSuite in distribution or consumer goods companies - Proven experience with NetSuite native WMS, Lot Tracking, and FEFO - Intermediate-level proficiency in SuiteFlow and SuiteScript - Operational knowledge of CFDI 4.0 and Carta Porte in NetSuite - Advanced Excel skills (will be evaluated during selection process) - Intermediate English for reading technical documentation *Desirable:* - Experience with EDI and Mexican retail chain portals (Walmart, Chedraui, Soriana, HEB) - Knowledge of API/REST integrations - Experience in perishable food companies with cold chain operations - Power BI or Business Intelligence tool proficiency - Prior experience managing or evaluating NetSuite implementation partners - Experience with License Plate Numbers (LPN) and GS1-128 labeling
