Cabify, Spain's first unicorn founded in 2011, is seeking an HR Generalist for its Contact Center operations in Bogotá. The company operates in 38 cities across Spain and Latin America, with a mission to improve urban mobility by connecting passengers and drivers through its platform. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR partner to the Channels (Contact Center) team, acting as a bridge between business needs and People practices. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR indicators and alignment with company strategy while directly impacting team performance, organizational culture, and business results. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting managers in their leadership role by ensuring effective and consistent application of HR processes aligned with global People strategy - Managing labor relations for the Channels team, leading conflict resolution and mediation processes to maintain a positive work environment - Aligning global People strategies and projects with the Channels team, ensuring proper implementation of performance management and talent management processes - Designing and implementing comprehensive HR solutions for recruitment, compensation, labor relations, performance management, career development, onboarding, and training - Providing coaching to employees and leaders on behaviors, people management, and talent development - Actively participating in primary Channels team committees, proposing actions and supporting execution of action plans - Promoting a high-performance environment through training and development strategies, fostering an inclusive workplace, and effectively communicating People vision, values, and strategy - Managing and executing disciplinary processes while ensuring compliance with internal and legal regulations - Ensuring proper execution of onboarding processes for new Channels team members - Participating in offboarding processes with respect and alignment to company guidelines - Monitoring and analyzing team rotation levels, proposing and implementing retention strategies - Coordinating and executing the annual wellness plan for the Channels team Cabify offers a startup-minded culture with team events, employee discounts, personal development programs, equipment support, and free coffee. REQUIREMENTS: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Social Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields - Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR generalist processes, including personnel selection, benefits administration, indicator management, rotation control and analysis, execution of disciplinary processes, coordination and implementation of wellness programs, and basic payroll knowledge - Knowledge: Basic payroll knowledge, HR budget execution and development, labor law knowledge, design and construction of benefits plans and agreements, design and implementation of development plans and performance evaluation
