Revolut is seeking an FX Forwards Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business, specifically targeting the Greek market. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona with flexibility to work remotely from Ireland, Poland, Porto, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or the UK.
In this role, you will work independently to build and close a sales pipeline for Revolut's FX derivatives products. You'll prospect directly from Revolut's existing customer base, identifying pain points with current FX providers and positioning Revolut's FX Forward value proposition as a solution. Your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, communicating effectively with prospective customers through a solution-based sales approach, and sharing your product expertise with the wider sales team to improve positioning and pipeline development.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and close customer pipelines by prospecting across existing Revolut Business customers
- Identify customer issues with current FX providers and articulate Revolut's competitive advantages
- Share FX derivatives knowledge with aligned sales team members to maximize pipeline opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
- Contact prospective customers from defined territories/verticals
- Develop communication skills across the sales team for improved FX product positioning
Required qualifications:
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Excellent phone communication and articulation skills
- Proven experience selling FX forward products in a non-bank environment
- Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales
- Strong interest in building a career within a high-performing sales culture
