ICON is scaling rapidly across manufacturing, software, robotics, and construction, and is rebuilding its recruiting function around best-in-class search firm discipline. This Full Cycle Recruiter role is a cornerstone of that effort—owning requisitions end-to-end from strategy through signed offer.
You will own assigned requisitions independently, partnering with a senior TA Partner on strategy and success criteria but executing autonomously. Your responsibilities include setting and running req-level search strategy (channels, target companies, outreach, messaging), sourcing and engaging passive candidates across platforms without dedicated sourcing support, conducting in-depth candidate screens, preparing scorecards with clear rationale, and managing the full candidate lifecycle through offer. You'll synthesize candidate feedback and market signals into actionable insights, coordinate with hiring leaders and Total Rewards on offers, and provide guidance to junior sourcing recruiters on shared searches.
The role emphasizes self-sufficiency and autonomy. You will leverage AI tools to compress workflow—screening prep, summary and scorecard drafting, candidate research, and interview scheduling—to move faster than traditional recruiting teams. You'll maintain data hygiene and process standards within a structured Center of Excellence playbook.
Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting (in-house, agency, or executive search) with demonstrated independent ownership of requisitions from sourcing through offer. You must be self-sufficient sourcing passive candidates, have strong candidate assessment skills, and be proficient with ATS and modern sourcing platforms. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Preferred: 8+ years with search-firm or executive-search training; experience recruiting technical/specialized roles (engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, construction/AEC); hands-on use of AI recruiting tools; experience in structured recruiting playbooks or CoE models.
This is a high-growth environment where your hires directly shape ICON's future in sustainable, affordable, resilient shelter.
