Linktree is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for a platform used by 70+ million people, with 48,000 new accounts created daily. You'll be the trusted advisor the business turns to for financial insights that drive strategic decisions.
In this role, you'll own the complete financial planning function within Strategic Finance, reporting to leadership and partnering daily with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and People & Culture teams. Your responsibilities include managing monthly close processes and management accounts, building and maintaining team-level P&Ls for each business pillar, leading compensation and headcount modelling in partnership with People & Culture, and running annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles end-to-end. You'll also review and improve financial reporting in NetSuite, deliver ad hoc project modelling for strategic initiatives (pricing, market expansion, business cases, scenario planning), support investor and board reporting, and serve as the day-to-day finance partner fielding questions from leaders across functions.
You'll bring 5–7 years of FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in high-growth tech or SaaS. You hold a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification, or have a strong quantitative background in finance, accounting, or economics. You're proficient in advanced financial modelling (driver-based operating models, scenario and sensitivity analysis, headcount and compensation planning), hands-on with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and modern planning or BI tools, and experienced in month-end and management reporting in multi-entity, multi-currency environments. Strong business partnering skills are essential—you can explain variances to non-finance leaders and influence their decisions. You're comfortable with a broad remit and competing demands, and you're based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Australia-remote with the right to work in Australia.
