As a Customer Success Manager, you will partner with finance professionals ranging from middle management through the C-suite to drive adoption and success with the Datarails platform. Your responsibilities include understanding client situations and simplifying their financial models and data structures; conducting detailed business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions across budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, financial modeling, and reporting; managing and validating customer-generated data while maintaining focus on care quality; recommending process improvements to optimize outcomes; and building long-term strategic relationships by gathering requirements and providing ongoing financial reporting support.
You'll work with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance from leading US companies, requiring strong professional communication, expectation management, and the ability to guide customers toward positive outcomes. The role involves customizing the platform for each customer and training them on product updates.
This is a 100% remote position based anywhere in the United States. You'll have autonomy over your schedule and the ability to work in your local time zone.
