Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical tools that reduce administrative burden on healthcare providers. The company has achieved significant scale—supporting 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries—and is now expanding its product and commercial operations. As an FP&A Analyst, you will own two primary areas: financial planning and analysis, and revenue funding facility management. In FP&A, you'll build and maintain financial models supporting growth investment decisions, commercial planning, and leadership strategy. This includes analyzing revenue, sales efficiency, customer cohorts, payback periods, and cash impact. You'll support annual planning cycles, quarterly forecasting, and performance reviews by partnering with commercial and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and driver understanding. You'll also own investor reporting, including recurring updates, KPI packs, and financial summaries coordinated across Finance, Data, and Commercial teams. For the revenue funding facility, you'll manage the full operating rhythm—monthly reporting, quarterly lender reviews, and annual renewal planning. You'll maintain models tracking eligible revenue, covenant headroom, and downside scenarios, ensuring accuracy across Finance, Data, Legal, and Commercial. You'll prepare lender reporting packs, drawdown requests, and supporting analysis, while managing relationships with lenders and advisors. You'll surface risks and opportunities early with decision-ready recommendations. You should have 2–4+ years in investment banking, transaction services, private equity, consulting, or similar analytical roles. Strong financial modeling skills, comfort with imperfect data, and experience supporting funding or investor-facing analysis are essential. You'll need solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, payback, sales efficiency, cohort analysis), cash forecasting, AR, collections, and working capital. Exposure to funding processes, venture debt, revenue-based financing, or capital markets is a plus. The role values clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, bias to action, and commercial judgment in high-growth environments.
