Claim Health is an AI Revenue Platform for Post-Acute Care that unifies fragmented systems, automates manual workflows, and enables real-time decision-making for post-acute care providers. As Founding Product Manager, you will shape the future of the platform at the intersection of customer needs and technical innovation.
You will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, gathering feedback, triaging feature requests, and identifying emerging needs. You'll translate customer requests into clear product requirements and prioritize what to build next. Working directly with engineers and coding agents, you'll scope, build, and ship new features and products. You'll own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and driving the development of net new product lines that expand Claim Health's impact.
This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including support, customer success, and operations—to deliver seamless solutions. You'll communicate product plans, progress, and roadmaps to both customers and internal teams, with direct influence over the company's strategic direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working with customers in a product or engineering role (SaaS, healthcare, or related fields preferred)
- Strong ability to triage, prioritize, and define product requirements based on customer input
- Track record of collaborating with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with coding agents, APIs, or automation technologies
- Analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership, bias towards action, and attention to detail
