White Circle is an AI Safety company building the safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems. The company has raised $11M from top-tier investors and founders from OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, Mistral, and DeepMind. They process over 100M+ API calls monthly, fine-tune their own LLMs, and have achieved multi-million dollar run rate with customers including Lovable and multiple neobanks.
As the first dedicated Events Lead, you will build, scale, and own go-to-market events end-to-end as a primary acquisition channel. You'll work closely with Sales to optimize for qualified meetings and ROI on every dollar spent, treating each event as an experiment to measure, iterate, and optimize.
Key responsibilities include: owning White Circle's global GTM conference strategy across the US and Europe (booths, speaking slots, sponsorships, dinners); building the company's annual flagship event from zero (concept through execution, ElevenLabs-Summit scale); managing operational excellence across vendors, budgets, logistics, and post-event follow-up; and leveraging AI-powered tools for attendee research, follow-up sequences, and full attribution tracking through Attio.
You'll coordinate events across two continents with flexibility to travel to key events where you add the most value. The role requires partnering closely with sales leadership, translating priorities into programs that produce pipeline, and bringing clear perspective on marketing ROI.
Required: 7+ years generating pipeline from conferences across multiple European or US markets in B2B SaaS, infrastructure, security, developer tools, or AI. Proven track record of partnering with sales as a peer in QBRs and pipeline reviews. Comfort with international coordination and travel. Owner mindset with ability to work independently.
Nice-to-haves: high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company experience, flagship event launch from scratch, brand/creative sensibility, AI safety or cybersecurity familiarity, and existing network in AI/tech/enterprise events circles.
