Krea is building next-generation AI creative tools designed to empower human creativity rather than replace it. The company has raised over $83M from top-tier investors including a16z and Bain Capital, and recently launched Krea 2, their proprietary foundation model built for aesthetic diversity and stylistic control. As Founding Customer Success Manager, you'll be the first dedicated CSM, owning the complete post-sale customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities include onboarding creative teams onto the platform, driving product adoption across customer segments, and ensuring customers extract maximum value from Krea's tools. You'll track usage patterns and customer signals to identify expansion opportunities, manage the renewal process end-to-end including risk forecasting, and communicate weekly product updates to customers. You'll serve as the connective tissue between customers, product, and sales teams. This includes program-managing webinars and workshops with creative leads, gathering customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions, and helping customers integrate Krea into their daily creative workflows. The ideal candidate has prior Customer Success or Account Management experience with a track record of renewing and expanding customer accounts. You should be commercially minded, product-focused, and excel at building relationships. A background in creative industries—such as account management at creative agencies or startups serving designers and artists—is highly valued, as is familiarity with creative workflows. Krea operates full-time in-person at their San Francisco waterfront office. The team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers. This is an early-stage role with significant company-wide impact and scope.
