As Founding Customer Marketing & Advocacy Lead, you'll build Scribe's enterprise content engine and establish the company as the go-to authority for C-suite and VP-level leaders navigating work in an AI-forward world. You'll develop a deep understanding of enterprise buyer personas, then strategically reach them through social, content, webinars, newsletters, and other channels that earn their trust.
Key responsibilities include: owning the enterprise customer content strategy and roadmap across all formats and channels; launching and managing Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program by curating enterprise leaders and turning those relationships into scalable content; developing a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials and case studies; partnering with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to close the loop between content and revenue; and owning pipeline attribution, success metrics, and revenue influence forecasting.
You'll work alongside world-class acquisition, demand generation, product marketing, and sales/CS teams with creative latitude to build an enterprise content engine that breaks the B2B category mold.
Ideal candidates have 4-6+ years in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, or demand generation with a proven track record of building enterprise programs (content, webinars, events) that influenced qualified pipeline. You should have experience building or running customer advisory boards or executive engagement programs, strong analytical instincts around pipeline attribution and metrics, and experience routing and activating leads from content programs with cross-functional partners. You're internet-native, understand how content spreads, and have a vision for world-class enterprise content with commercial instinct to drive trust and revenue.
