Fyxer is a rapidly scaling AI company that grew from $1M to $30M ARR in under two years with minimal marketing spend. The company has raised a Series B led by Madrona with backing from Lakestar, 20VC, and Marc Benioff, and is ranked 7th on Andreessen Horowitz's list of top AI apps.
In this founding Account Executive role, you will own the full sales cycle for new business expansion within existing customer accounts. Your primary focus is identifying and converting individual users of Fyxer into paying teams and enterprise customers. You will handle first touch, discovery, demos, pricing negotiations, and closing—with no handoffs to other teams.
Beyond closing deals, you will be responsible for creating the foundational sales playbook for the organization. You will write the initial pitch, email sequences, objection handling frameworks, and qualification criteria that will become the training standard for future sales hires. This is a role where you prove out repeatable patterns that scale across the team.
Fyxer operates with a philosophy that customer time is the only thing that compounds; everything else is overhead. The company automates research, CRM, notes, and follow-up using its own product, allowing you to focus on high-value customer interactions. The culture emphasizes speed, direct communication, ownership, and minimal bureaucracy. Decision-making happens in meetings, not in alignment cycles.
You will report to Alec Kraft, VP of Sales. The role includes occasional travel for enterprise customer engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- Experience working without a playbook or building one from scratch
- Background can range from 3 to 12+ years; experience and results matter more than tenure or pedigree
