Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 / annual
Fyxer AI is a rapidly scaling AI company that grew from $1M to $30M ARR in under two years with minimal marketing spend. The company has raised a Series B led by Madrona with backing from Lakestar, 20VC, and Marc Benioff, and is ranked 7th on Andreessen Horowitz's list of top AI apps.
As Founding Account Executive for New Business, you will own the full sales cycle for accounts where users are already actively using the Fyxer product. Your mission is to identify individual users within organizations, expand those relationships into paying teams, and prove repeatable patterns that will become the playbook for future sales hires.
You will manage the complete sales process from first touch through close—discovery, demos, pricing negotiation, and contract signature—with no handoffs. You will also author the foundational sales materials: pitch frameworks, email sequences, objection handling strategies, and qualification criteria. None of these exist yet; what you build becomes the training standard for subsequent team members.
Fyxer operates with a philosophy that customer time is the only compounding asset; the company automates research, CRM, notes, and follow-up using its own product to eliminate overhead. The culture emphasizes speed, direct communication, ownership, and minimal bureaucracy. Decision-making happens in meetings, not in alignment cycles. This is an intense environment suited for self-directed, high-agency professionals.
You will report to Alec Kraft, VP of Sales. The role includes occasional travel for enterprise customer engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships across organizational levels
- Experience working without a playbook or building one from scratch
- Years of experience are secondary to demonstrated track record; the company values results over pedigree
