Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 / annual

As a Founders Associate reporting to the CEO and executive team, you will drive the company's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives. You will work across AI adoption, growth strategy, company-building, and execution—turning loosely defined goals into structured analyses, recommendations, and executable plans. Key responsibilities include evaluating new markets and customer opportunities, conducting quantitative and qualitative research through stakeholder interviews, building decision materials for senior leadership, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing operating systems and dashboards to improve visibility, and identifying emerging AI opportunities for business application. You will move fluidly between strategy and execution, staying involved through implementation until intended outcomes are achieved.
This role offers close exposure to the CEO and senior leadership, broad company visibility, and the opportunity to shape how an AI-native enterprise scales. The work moves quickly and often begins without a defined playbook, requiring someone who can structure ambiguous problems, develop clear points of view, and drive results.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or high-growth technology environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
