ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager, Platform Architects to lead a team of Platform Architects in the Northern EMEA region, based in Stockholm. This role combines business and technical leadership with a focus on delivering high-quality advisory services to ServiceNow customers. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of Platform Architects who provide leading-practice guidance on the ServiceNow platform. Your team will work directly with customers and partners to ensure technically healthy platforms and excellent business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Leading a team of Platform Architects and managing their professional development and career progression - Establishing and reinforcing best practices across all teams - Managing workforce transformation to ensure talent is equipped for evolving business needs - Collaborating with ServiceNow account teams and Customer Outcomes to allocate consultants effectively - Driving best-in-class execution, utilization management, and measurable KPIs/SLAs - Partnering with sales teams to articulate the value proposition of Platform Architecture services - Creating feedback loops with customers, your team, Product Development, and Sales to drive continuous innovation - Managing consultant utilization and service demand forecasting - Developing metrics and KPIs to measure success Success will be measured by delivery metrics (time to value, NPS, health scans), talent development and rotation, productivity/utilization, subject matter expertise, technical consultative skills, employee engagement, training hours, and recruitment outcomes. Requirements: - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights) - Strong understanding of the Services Integration (SI) operating model, with experience working with or for large SIs - Proven track record in successfully navigating customers through complex situations - Strong business ownership, accountability, and hands-on, people-centric leadership style - Growth mindset with drive to continuously improve execution and organization - Proactive, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts - Thought leadership at executive level - Global background and perspective - Accountable and inclusive change agent with confidence and credibility - Familiarity with ServiceNow's offerings - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer-facing presence with business outcome orientation in service delivery - Technical consultative skills - Software implementation and business process background - Service offering portfolio creation and innovation experience - Best practice orientation and re-invention capability - Enterprise approach with global reach Nice-to-have qualifications: - Experience managing consultant utilization and service demand forecasting - Experience creating and managing metrics and KPIs - Personnel management and staff development experience
