You will join the Professional Services team as a Managing Architect, leading complex technical engagements and serving as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle. You will scope, sell, and deliver projects of varying complexity, including internal BI and embedded analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as the deep technical expert to solve complex data problems while defining best practices and design patterns for the Omni platform
- Providing insight and guidance on leveraging Omni's AI features to maximize platform impact
- Managing a portfolio of primarily Enterprise customers, overseeing scoping, resource allocation, and delivery approach
- Acting as the primary customer-facing technical contact and building strong, long-term relationships
- Driving project results by managing consulting and delivery partners and ensuring alignment across workstreams
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate frontline customer feedback into actionable product direction
A typical week breaks down as: 30% pre-sales technical support and scoping, 40% hands-on customer delivery, and 30% internal best practices and ecosystem support.
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin with 3 days per week in-office; candidates based in the UK may work remotely.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in technical consulting or project management, ideally in the data space
- Deep hands-on expertise in data engineering and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Mode), with specific mastery of semantic layers like Omni or Looker
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences while thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environments
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from positioning and scoping through execution, ideally as a consultant
