Location: Remote with up to 30% travel expected, primarily within the US.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain Operations, or Go-to-Market Strategy roles, with a strong track record of managing practical AI/analytics roadmaps or transformation
- Adept knowledge of supply chain domains with the ability to engage in both technical and business-level discussions
- Deep fluency in at least one core domain: Modeling & Analysis, Planning & Execution, or Frontier Use Cases (AI / Machine Learning)
- Proven ability to drive platform adoption and measurable value through stakeholder engagement, value quantification, and quarterly success review leadership
- Excellent communication skills across business and technical audiences; capable of building high-trust relationships from end users to senior executives
- Skilled at identifying expansion opportunities, shaping growth narratives, and feeding structured insights back to internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering)
- Comfortable training and enabling customers on a dynamic, technical platform; able to instill confidence in less-technical users; can get hands-on with the platform to prototype alongside customers
- Highly adaptable, coachable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment
