As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business and technical challenges, translating open-ended problems into practical AI solutions. Your core responsibilities include building production-grade integrations, workflows, and automations across customer systems, APIs, and data sources. You will own customer implementations end-to-end, from discovery through production deployment, ensuring solutions are shipped and iterated in real customer environments rather than remaining as prototypes.
You'll design and implement LLM-powered workflows and agentic systems for enterprise use cases, partnering closely with the Product and Engineering teams to continuously improve the platform. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills in TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, React/Vue, and PostgreSQL, combined with experience integrating systems via APIs and working in production environments.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles. You should be comfortable in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrate strong ownership and project-driving capabilities, and ideally have experience with AI, LLMs, MCP, or agentic workflows.
