You will work alongside SnapLogic's Director of AI Center of Excellence and partner closely with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams to guide customers from initial exploration through pilot execution to sustained adoption. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with customers to understand their business landscape and uncover high-impact AI use case opportunities
- Lead discovery workshops and prototyping sprints, demonstrating progress early and often through iterative development
- Conduct high-stakes briefings that translate agentic architectures, LLM concepts, and integration patterns into ROI and risk mitigation language
- Build compelling business cases with clear baseline KPIs to prove solution success
- Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder matrices, aligning engineers, architects, and executives around a shared technical vision
- Apply industry AI judgment to customer conversations, including prompt engineering, LLM selection, tool design, and cost optimization
- Feed field learnings back to Product and Engineering teams to shape the roadmap
- Develop and share repeatable deployment playbooks across the organization
- Stay current with cutting-edge AI developments and evangelize SnapLogic's capabilities in data integration, application orchestration, and agentic workflows
Regular travel to customer sites (approximately 50% of the time) is expected, with particular emphasis on in-person engagement during discovery and prototyping phases.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, hands-on advisory role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Field CTO, or similar, working with enterprise customers
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to tactfully challenge assumptions, guide C-level decision-making, and command a room
- Track record of building working prototypes and solutions under ambiguity without fully specified requirements
- Experience with enterprise data and application integration, with understanding of how orchestration and agentic workflows fit into that landscape
- Solid understanding of AI/LLM concepts including prompt engineering, governance, model selection, tool/function design, and cost-to-performance trade-offs
- Understanding of AI governance and compliance requirements and their implications for solution design and deployment
- Strong communication skills to move fluidly between deep technical discussions and executive-level business conversations
- Collaborative mindset with proven ability to coordinate across Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Genuine curiosity and empathy for how businesses operate and how people navigate change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on programming experience (Python, JavaScript/Node.js) for rapidly building and iterating on AI prototypes
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Prior experience with enterprise integration platforms (iPaaS)
- Experience deploying AI or software solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
