You will lead and scale the FlexiPay sales team in a hands-on, data-driven management role. Your responsibilities include: - Motivating and performance-managing your team to achieve individual and collective sales targets - Conducting metrics-driven 1:1s and building individual development plans for direct reports - Analyzing performance data, conversion metrics, and trends to design and iterate high-impact sales strategies and processes - Providing active coaching through live call shadowing, role-playing, objection handling, and goal-setting - Leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive team performance forward - Identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI tools and modern sales software to reduce manual work and streamline workflows - Serving as a key cross-functional contact, leading the development and rollout of new initiatives across departments - Using CRM dashboards and sales analytics to track performance and present actionable pipeline insights to leadership - Championing best-practice initiatives and ensuring internal controls and policies are followed - Actively participating in interviewing and onboarding new hires The role is based in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in office). REQUIREMENTS: - Proven experience in a high-volume sales leadership or senior player-coach role - Skilled at analyzing conversion metrics, call data, and performance trends to build, test, and implement successful sales strategies - Proactive mindset with ideas to drive team performance - Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization - Confident using Generative AI and modern sales tools daily to automate workflows and drive productivity - Strong relationship-building skills with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities - Growth mindset and positive energy valued alongside technical expertise
