Meter builds enterprise networking as a service, designing, installing, and managing critical networking infrastructure for modern companies. This role leads Fleet Partnerships—the program that manages Meter's global installation partner ecosystem and ensures consistent, high-quality network deployments at scale.
You will own the partner performance loop, building deep relationships with installation partners and technicians while establishing systems that drive accountability and excellence. Your core responsibilities include:
**Performance Management & Accountability**: Run partner performance reviews against clear KPIs (≥95% on-time arrival, 100% documentation completeness, <5% rework rate). Establish cadence and accountability structures that ensure technicians perform as extensions of Meter.
**Capacity Planning & Commercial Negotiations**: Maintain a live view of partner capacity against forecasted deployment volume. Proactively negotiate capacity expansion—new technicians, updated rate structures, renewed agreements—before bottlenecks emerge. Lead commercial conversations on rates, capacity commitments, and contract terms as partners scale.
**Partner Success & Incentives**: Design and launch recognition and incentive programs that motivate technicians to deliver exceptional work. Create partner scorecards, structured check-ins, and engagement cadences so partners always know performance and field insights continuously improve Meter's deployment systems.
**Operational Collaboration**: Meet with Fleet technicians and partner leadership to understand challenges and unblock deployments. Translate partner feedback into improvements with internal teams (Ops Engineering, Dispatch, Fleet Sourcing, Technician Operations, Distribution, Service Delivery). Advise Dispatch on partner capacity based on commercial relationships and operational knowledge.
**Systems & Programs**: Build dashboards, feedback loops, onboarding programs, and partner scorecards that power the partner network. Lead commercial onboarding for new partners.
In year two, you could expand to building the global performance system (partner scorecards, incentive programs, technician certification), onboarding partners in new markets, managing Meter's most strategic partners, or influencing next-generation installer tooling.
Travel: 30-40% expected. You'll be in the field running in-person meetings, supporting onboarding, and seeing technicians at work firsthand—essential to building trust and raising the bar.
