You must have strong finance and analytical skills, familiarity with internal accounting systems, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong commercial sensibility, comfort with direct merchant contact, ability to make quick informed decisions under pressure, and a track record of successfully navigating ambiguous environments.
