As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be the on-the-ground representative for Imprint's co-branded credit card programs in retail environments. You will work directly with store associates and customers to drive card acquisition, increase program penetration, and deliver excellent customer experiences. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across assigned retail locations in your territory. Key responsibilities include: serving as a brand ambassador for credit card programs; training and coaching retail associates on sales techniques and program value; driving card acquisition by connecting benefits to the shopping experience; assisting customers with applications; collaborating with store teams to meet acquisition goals; tracking performance metrics; maintaining knowledge of partner brand products and promotions; identifying operational gaps; and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data privacy requirements. You will work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons. Success in the first 90 days means establishing trusted relationships with store teams, meeting acquisition targets, completing product certification, and building familiarity with Imprint's performance tools. Required qualifications: 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (fintech/banking background is a plus); demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets; strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort with field-based work and travel; ability to adapt to dynamic environments; basic understanding of financial concepts and credit cards; high school diploma; flexible schedule availability. Nice-to-have skills include fintech/payments experience, familiarity with major retail brands, retail training background, bilingual abilities, and experience in variable compensation environments.
