Imprint is a fintech company modernizing co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell. The company combines advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences without requiring partners to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, Imprint is addressing a $300+ billion annual spend market still dominated by legacy systems. As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be the on-the-ground ambassador for Imprint's co-branded credit card programs in retail environments. You'll work directly with store associates and customers to drive card acquisition, improve program penetration, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines sales excellence with genuine customer service in a fast-paced, people-first setting. Key responsibilities include: serving as an on-site brand ambassador, training and coaching retail associates on card sales techniques and program value, driving card acquisition by connecting benefits to the shopping experience, assisting customers with applications, collaborating with store teams to meet acquisition goals, tracking performance metrics, maintaining knowledge of partner brand products and promotions, identifying operational gaps, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and data privacy requirements. You'll need 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in guest-facing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with comfort in a dynamic, field-based role requiring regular travel across assigned retail locations. Basic understanding of financial concepts and credit cards is required; comprehensive training will be provided. You must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-have qualifications include fintech or payments experience, background with major retail brands, retail associate training experience, bilingual skills, and familiarity with performance-based compensation. The role offers competitive compensation and equity, flexible PTO, fully covered healthcare including dependent coverage, One Medical access, FSA enrollment, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers.
