Backed by top-tier VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, Imprint is addressing a $300+ billion market of legacy co-branded card systems. As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be the on-the-ground ambassador for Imprint's credit card programs in retail environments. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across assigned retail locations in your territory. Key responsibilities include: serving as a brand ambassador engaging store associates and customers; training and coaching retail staff on card sales techniques and program value; driving card acquisition by connecting benefits to the shopping experience; assisting customers with applications; collaborating with store teams to meet acquisition targets; tracking performance metrics and reporting insights; maintaining knowledge of partner brand products and promotions; identifying operational gaps and escalating solutions; ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data privacy; and maintaining scheduling flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons. You'll need 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in fast-paced, guest-facing environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with comfort working in dynamic field environments. Basic understanding of financial concepts and credit cards is required; training will be provided. High school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice-to-have qualifications include fintech or payments experience, background with major retail brands, retail training or coaching experience, bilingual skills, and experience in performance-based compensation environments.
