Imprint is a fintech company that modernizes co-branded credit card programs for major brands like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, and Shell. The company combines payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and customer data to create personalized financial experiences without requiring partners to become banks. Backed by top-tier VCs including Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, Imprint is addressing a $300+ billion market of legacy co-branded card systems. As a Field Sales Territory Manager, you will be the on-the-ground ambassador for Imprint's credit card programs in retail environments. You'll work directly with store associates and customers to drive card acquisition, improve program penetration, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities include engaging customers and associates to communicate card features and benefits, training store teams on sales techniques and objection handling, driving card applications by connecting benefits to the shopping experience, and tracking performance metrics like application volume and cardholder penetration. In your first 90 days, you'll establish trusted relationships with store management and associates, meet daily and weekly acquisition targets, complete product certification and compliance training, and develop familiarity with Imprint's performance tools. You'll maintain flexibility across store hours, evenings, weekends, and peak retail seasons. The role requires 4+ years of sales, retail, or customer service experience, with fintech or payments background as a plus. You'll need strong communication skills, ability to adapt to dynamic environments, and comfort with field-based work involving regular travel across assigned retail locations. Basic understanding of financial concepts and credit cards is required; comprehensive training will be provided. The company offers competitive compensation with equity, flexible PTO, fully covered healthcare including dependent coverage, One Medical access, FSA enrollment, and 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers.
